The GREAT  Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer there are different models to choose from: the rated air flow rate from 1.5Nm³/min to 65Nm³/min, the working pressure from 0.6Mpa to 1.0Mpa. We can also customize according to your needs. This device is used to remove moisture from compressed air.

1.  Compressed air get through the dryer and be cooled by forced, make the water vapor in the air condenses into liquid water and discharge out from the machine taking away the dust and oil impurities at the same time optimized pollutant discharge system. 
2.  The refrigerants are air wind fan cooling or water-cooling types for option.  Wind fan type machine adopt outer rotor wind fan, big windy and low noisy, can use long time.  Water cooler adopt low wing copper tube, slowly water flow and many strokes, high heat exchanging rate, low scaling. 
3.  Adopt filtration type of air and liquid separator, equipped with American HANKISON brand filter elements, much higher separating efficiency than cyclone type separator, separating efficiency can be up to 99.66%. 
4.  Adopt stainless steel tube and galvanized tube, good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for food, beverage, medicine fields. 
5.  Adopt world famous Armstrong brand of foam anti-flaming insulation materials, no air loss, low energy consumption.  Working pressure is between 0.3-4.5Mpa, IP54. 
6.  Single, Integrated, joint control, PC board, frequency conversion or other control circuits type, can meet different user's demand. 
7. TKDNF series of air inlet temperature under 45ºC, TKDHF series of air inlet temperature under 80ºC.
