Compressed air dryer has two types, one is refrigerated type and the other is a desiccant type.  The air dryers advantages is less air and energy were consumed; But the temperature of dew point is limited.  The desiccant dryers advantages is dew point is very low.  But much air and energy were consumed is its shortcoming.  This Low Dew Point Compressed Air Dryer that Tianjin GREAT Air Compressor Co., Ltd designed is use all strong point of the above two types.  We bring into play their strong point by reasonable pipe connection and capability arrangement.  So the low dew point(-70ºC~-40ºC) air is the best economy and high quality production. Its strong point are high pure air and little consume air when it regenerate. Its status can not substitute in compressed air decontaminated area.

The Work Principle:
1. First, the high temperature and humid compressed air will exchange heat with low temperature compressed air which has been dried already, then the air would been cooled in the evaporator again, Most of vapors would been coagulated and drained. 
2. Next is dried compressed air will go to desiccant barrels for future dry and  dehumidifier, the lower dew point production would been produced. 
3. At last, the low temperature desiccant compressed air go to heat ex-changer, then can cool the high temperature and humid compressed air of inlet.
4. Meanwhile, the finished air's temperature is higher than before, and prevent the transportation pipe to freeze.
5. And a little of the desiccant air use to regeneration of adsorbent, the regeneration efficiency is better than before and reduce energy consumption.
