Air End:
1. The two-stage air end has two independent compression units, using integrated design.

1. Energy saving type 2-Stage compression screw air compressor can effectively reduce energy consumption and thus bring higher efficiency. Under the same power, the energy saving is at least 15%~20% under different working conditions.
2. Secondary 2-Stage compression has the following advantages:
1) The first compression rotor and the secondary compression rotor are combined in one cabinet, and directly driven by helical gear, each stage rotor can get optimal liner velocity. Compared with single-stage compression, 2-stage compression is the most efficient isothermal compression.
2) Reduce the internal leakage and improves the volume efficiency.
3) Greatly reduces the bearing load, improves the bearing life, and extends the life of main engine.
