The features of oil-free screw air compressor:

1. The air quality of the safe and oil-free is strictly based on the ISO 8573-1 CLASS 0 (2010) standard, and there is no compromise on the final compressed air purity, ensuring the pollution-free risk.
2. The original imported air end, large rotor, low speed, complete machine performance is excellent. Rotor by the dynamic and static balance test strictly, make it work better balance, less vibration, lower noise, at the same time under the condition of the same diameter, the length of the rotor increases, effective compression volume increase, so as to achieve traffic increase, reduce power consumption.
3. Bearing: in order to ensure the bearing to bear high speed and big load, the screw compressor adopts the high-quality bearing of SKF brand, which keeps the long bearing life.
4. The shaft seal device: the double ring fluorine rubber ring with metal frame can with stand certain pressure to form a lubricating shaft sealing device. The linings on the shaft are specially processed by our company, with perfect sealing performance and long service life.
