Our air compressor air end is twin rotor/screw compression structure, designed and manufactured by the world famous manufacturer, adopt the most advanced technology, ensure the strict quality control and working reliability, Zero failure rate and very low maintenance cost, very long using life.
The air end rotor adopt most advanced twin screw rotor profile designing, rotor gear ratio of 5:6, strong rigidity and large effective compression space. Adopting high qualified heavy-duty bearing design ensure running stability. The screw rotors adopt durable design and high-grade alloy steel material in manufacturing, can use very long time. The air end adopts triple-lip seal type with a oil-returning chute, the inner double lip seal is as the main seal parts, and the external seal part prevent the returning oil from leakage, and prevent the dust into the inner room, this triple-lip seal ensure the machine screw machine no oil leakage phenomenon.
